CMH FrameWorks can meet your custom frame needs.
CMH frames are hand-crafted from seamless mild steel tubing with .125 wall thickness, mandrel bends, M.I.G. welded and polished welds are used throughout. Designed by master frame builder Bob Ramey
and include tabs for oil and gas tanks, battery, fender struts and brake anchor.
CMH frames accept custom oil tank and custom gas tanks. All frames are shipped with Manufacturers Statement of Origin.

NASTY CHOPPER
It has a 38 degree rake a 14 inch stretch and a 73 inch wheelbase. It uses 6 inch over stock length front end, and can accept up to a 360mm rear tire.

NASTY STANDARD
It has a 38 degree rake a 9 inch stretch and a 68 inch wheelbase. It uses stock length Sportster® front end, and can accept up to a 360mm rear tire.

NASTY FRAME for BUELL®

It has a 38 degree rake a 9 inch stretch and a 68 inch wheelbase. It uses stock length BUELL® front end, and can accept up to a 360mm rear tire.

CMH Softglide™
Unique shock-mount Softglide frame fits the Sportster® engine and drive train to incorporate the classic rigid look with the riding comfort of a shock-mount frame.
The swingarm bearings are internally mounted and the shocks tuck conveniently under the frame to compliment the rigid look.
CMH Softglide™ frames are designed to use aftermarket Softail® shocks.
Use of stock Softail shocks is not recommended..
We recommend Fournales® Air-Ride shocks.

are ready to accept your choice of Sportster® Evolution engine and transmission configurations.

CMH Frames are available in rigid or our exclusive Softglide shock-mounted design.
CMH offsets and centers the engine for perfect balance. Our Nasty frames accept up to a 12" wide tire assembly for belt drives and feature a 9" stretch to provide a sleek 68" to 73" wheelbase. The 20" seat height accepts CMH seats. All frames have clearance for the wildest of stroker engines and are ready for powder coating upon leaving CMH.

CHASSIS KITS & ROLLING CHASSIS
are available with one of our frame styles, Rigid or Shock mounted Softglide, from mild to wild.

NASTYBIKES™ frames feature up to a 10.5" rear wheel and a 230 up to 360series tire with a width up to 12" with belt drive.
NASTYBIKES™ feature a 20" seat height along with a 7" frame stretch to get a total wheelbase of 68" to 73", the low seat height along with the longer wheelbase makes for a superb handling and ease of maneuverability for riders of all sizes.
