Sportster® Stock Frame Chopper Kits.

Stock Frame Front End Kits

All kits come complete with everything you need for the conversion, and will add approximately 10-12 inches to the wheelbase of your bike. Parts include Top and bottom triple tree, Bottom adapter (to offset the bottom tree), longer fork tubes (8 or 10 inches over stock), extended brakeline and speedometer cable, adapter for headlight and gauges, and all required spacers and hardware. We also include a 12mm Allen (to tighten the main bolt) and an install tool to pull the bottom adapter into the neck of the motorcycle. You will reuse your original lower legs, wheel and fender.

Chopper Kit has been certified by the European TUV standard. The TUV is a very strict requirement and because the Seeger Chopper Kit was developed in Germany and sold for use on the Autobahn it had to pass a 50,000 mile road test before it could be certified. The TUV standard is much stricter then the US DOT and gives you the assurance that your kit will perform as promised.

	82-87 Add 13 degrees of rake and either 8 or 10 inch over fork tubes. The triple trees are available in a mirror polish finish or chrome plated. The kit also converts your front end to a wide-glide. All required components are included: extended fork tube(8 or 10" over), top & bottom trees, bottom adapter, wheel axle and spacers, steel braided brakeline, fender spacers and longer bolts, brake rotor spacer and bolts, adapter for stock headlight and gauges(Harley bottom mount light can be used). Kits are available for '82-87 XL with 35mm fork tubes and single or dual disk (add $125 for dual disk).

	88-03 Add 13 degrees of rake and either 8 or 10 inch over fork tubes. The triple trees are available in a mirror polish finish or chrome plated. All required components are included: extended fork tubes (8'' over), top & bottom trees, bottom adapter, wheel axle and spacers, steel braided brakeline, fender spacers and longer bolts, brake rotor spacer and bolts, adapter for stock headlight and gauges(Harley bottom mount light can be used). Kits available for '88-05 XL883/1200 Standard, Custom, Sport and Hugger. Please specify year and model when ordering.
